FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
You will be invited back to the studio 1 week after your session to view your fully edited gallery and choose your package.
Alternatively if you wanted to choose your package and select your images on the same day as your session I can arrange this. They will then be edited within 7 days.
We booked a Cake Smash & Splash and now want to upgrade after seeing our photo's. Is this possible?
Yes of course.
I always try to be as flexible as I can for my clients and find that after seeing the wall art available, they want more than digital images to celebrate their little ones birthday.
Do you supply the outfits?
No I don't.
I always advise parents to bring their own clothes as children come in different shapes and sizes - and you know what looks best on your child.
Do you supply the cakes
Due to the many allergens and dietary requirements of my clients, I always encourage clients to bring their own cakes.
How long is my online gallery active?
From the time of selection your gallery is active for 1 month. Within that time frame you will need to download your images to your preferred devices/memory sticks.
You will not be able to access your gallery after this, and your images will then go into archives for 1-2 years before they are permanently deleted.
If you require your images to be re-uploaded after your gallery has expired then there is a £30 administration fee.
