FAQ
Do you supply the cake for the Cake Smash?
YES - Providing your little one doesn't have any allergies, a 5" Smash Cake will be provided. If your child has dietary/allergen requirements, please provide your own cake.
Is the paint used on the Paint Splash safe?
Yes!
Our Paint Splash sessions use child safe, water based, toxic free paints.
That being said, children will always try to put paint in their mouths, so I actively encourage parents to sit close by to discourage them from doing so.
Do you do Paint Splash Mini Shoots?
At this moment we don't.
Paint splashes are incredibly messy, and requires a lot of cleaning up of both the studio and your little one. They will need the bath session to get clean.
What's included in a Cake Smash Mini?
This mini shoot will be photo's taken just of the cake being smashed and eaten by your little one.
There is no pre cake photo's or bubble bath photos.
What is a No Mess Birthday Shoot?
This is a celebration shoot.
Simple portraits set against a plain backdrop with decorations or one of our printed backdrops.
No cakes, no paint, just beautiful birthday images,
What if my baby doesn’t smash the cake?
That’s completely normal 😊
Every baby is different, and we always follow their lead - no pressure, ever. Whether they dive in or just have a little explore, we’ll capture beautiful, natural moments either way.
And with the splash bath at the end, there are always plenty of happy, giggly photos to enjoy
